In 2010, I left the tech industry and found myself contemplating change- not just my career but also lifestyle. I’ve always had a passion for food and during my college years I had a simple yet grand idea of corndogs with a twist. Now that I was “free”, it was time to create a recipe. I experimented with an assortment of artisan sausages until I found the perfect combination, then it was full steam ahead. I began with literally a hole in the wall. 10 years later, we have a food truck and a brand new trailer on its way.

First Location

2010, we were pen-ink away to opening up our first location in NYC but due to changed plans we got our official first location in the Crocker-Amazon district, one of the last remaining true areas of old San Francisco, Here we started off in a literal hole in the wall take out window.

 

Getting “Taco Truck”

2014, we decided to go mobile and found a taco truck with a lot of character from SoCal and drove that baby back to the Bay. The ride back to SF was an experience that is unforgettable to say the least with the most gas station trips ever made. It took a few months to get it renovated for service and once we hit the streets of San Francisco it was love at first bite!

Brand New Trailer

2019, we decided it was time to add another addition to our company and purchased a new trailer that fits perfectly for bringing you more of our your favorite treat. We are still getting it up and ready but cant wait ‘til that day we open up for business!
